Can I request to avoid certain flavors or ingredients?
You may let us know your preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Popsicles
How many popsicles are included in a box?
Each popsicle set comes in a box of 6 pops.
Do your popsicles contain live cultures?
Yes. Each serving contains approximately 2 billion live cultures at the time of production.
Are your popsicles suitable for children?
Our popsicles are made with real fruits and Greek yogurt, with no preservatives, low calorie and low sugar. They are designed to be enjoyed by both children and adults.
Do your popsicles contain allergens?
Yes. Our popsicles contain milk and eggs.

Can I choose flavors for tart sets?
For selected tart sets, you may customize your box by choosing from the listed flavors. Chef’s Selection is curated by our kitchen and does not offer customization.
Why aren’t flavors listed for Chef’s Selection?
Chef’s Selection is designed as a kitchen-curated experience. Flavors vary based on availability, allowing us to create a balanced and thoughtful mix each time.

Cakes & Cupcakes
Are your cakes available as whole cakes and cupcakes?
Yes. Selected cakes are available as both whole cakes and cupcakes. Availability may vary by flavor.

Storage & Freshness
How should I store your products?
Popsicles should be kept frozen at all times. Tarts and cakes should be refrigerated and best enjoyed within 4 days.

What if my delivery is delayed?
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or courier-related issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Will delays affect refunds?
Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control are not eligible for refunds. However, if an issue affects product quality, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered or collected.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection and include clear photos so we can assist you.
Will I receive a refund or replacement?
All cases are reviewed individually. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations may be possible if requested early. Once preparation has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
